Abstract (English): On behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the transition from state programs to the format of national projects was carried out, on the basis of which the national project «Quality education «Аn educated nation» was formed to improve the quality of education of students at all levels of education. The relevance of the research topic is due to the constant development of the field of education and other modern information and communication technologies, which requires improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers, and therefore there is a need to improve the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on case technologies. As stated in Article 52 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", the issue of improving the quality of education is relevant in all universities of Kazakhstan, the authorized body in the field of education carries out quality management of education, methodological and methodological quality management of educational activities provided to educational organizations. In the next Message of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan in 2021, special attention was paid to quality education, and also raised a number of important issues about the continuation of the policy of supporting teachers. The quality of education in educational institutions is always given special attention, therefore, graduates of these organizations, organized with high-quality monitoring, can always be in demand and occupy leading positions in the rankings among the world's educational institutions. The general education system has a great impact on the socio-economic development of the whole society, therefore, the education and upbringing of intelligent and reasonable students is a very important factor for each state. In the context of growing competition in the educational services market, organizations that provide quality education tend to be more successful. As stated in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", the issue of improving the quality of education is relevant in all universities of Kazakhstan. The problem of research is determined, reflecting the need to update teaching methods based on improving the professional training of computer science teachers, the rapid development of modern trends directly reflected in the methodology of improving the quality of education and its continuous improvement of future computer science teachers. Thus, on the basis of case technologies, a contradiction is revealed between the insufficient training of future computer science teachers and the problems of improving the quality of education. The object of the study: the process of teaching future computer science teachers based on case technologies. The subject of the study is to improve the quality of education using case technologies in the training of future computer science teachers. The purpose of the study is to identify and practically implement the theoretical foundations for improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on case technologies. Scientific hypothesis of the study: if the theoretical and practical foundations of improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers were applied in the educational process of universities based on case technologies, then the level of knowledge quality of future computer science teachers would increase, professional knowledge, skills and abilities would be formed at a high level, since the continuous development of modern information and communication technologies would contribute to deep thinking of students, increasing competitiveness requires high ability. In accordance with the relevance, purpose, object, subject, and forecast of the study, the following tasks are defined: 1. Analysis of the state of improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on case technologies in universities. 2. To determine the effectiveness of the application of the methodology of continuous improvement of the quality of education of future computer science teachers. 3. Creation of a model for improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on case technologies. 4. Preparation of educational and methodological support for improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on case technologies. 5. Determination of components and criteria for the training of future computer science teachers based on case technologies. 6. Organization of experimental work and differentiation of results within the framework of the research topic. The leading idea of the study: the intensive development of modern information and communication technologies in the field of education requires improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers, and the use of methods of continuous improvement of the quality of education in the process of vocational training of students contributes to the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities at a high level. Methodological and theoretical foundations of the study in the course of the study, the concepts of "case technologies", "methods of continuous improvement of the quality of education of future computer science teachers" were defined and analyzed; methods and means of teaching aimed at improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on case technologies were substantiated. Research sources: official and regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education», the professional standard «Teacher», the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the status of a teacher», the national project «Quality education «Educated Nation», approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc.; sources and literary sources used in writing the dissertation works. Research methods: when studying the topic, the following research methods were used: case method, interview, survey, testing, method of scientific discussions, study of the results of students' activities, method of theoretical generalization of data, methods of continuous improvement methodology. At the defining stage (the first half of the 2019-2020 academic year), the relevance of the research topic, purpose, object, forecast, tasks and novelty of the research were determined. The research work analyzes the necessary domestic and foreign literature, analyzes traditional and modern teaching methods and techniques, and the effectiveness of their application. Questionnaires aimed at improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers have been compiled on the basis of case technologies. At the formative stage (the second half of the 2019-2020 academic year, 2020-2021 academic year, the first half of the 2021-2022 academic year), a model has been developed to improve the quality of education for future computer science teachers based on case technologies. Additions have been made to the content of the course on the educational program (OP). An educational and methodological manual (UMO), an electronic textbook (ETO) and an information educational environment have been prepared. Experimental research has been carried out, and the results obtained have been discussed. At the third and final stage (the second half of the 2021-2022 academic year), the final stage of experimental improvement of the quality of education of computer science teachers in universities based on case technologies was completed. The results of the study were analyzed, statistical and mathematical computational work was performed. The scientific publications are summarized, the results of the dissertation work are determined. Scientific novelty of the research: 1. Based on the application of the methodology of continuous improvement of the quality of education of future computer science teachers, professional skills and abilities of students were formed, the effectiveness of the application of this methodology was determined. 2. In higher educational institutions, based on case technologies, a model of future computer science teachers has been created, which includes the basics of teaching, educational and methodological support, methods aimed at solving cases, components that determine the quality of education, improving the quality of education. 3. On the basis of case technologies, the practical foundations for improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers have been determined: teaching aids, electronic textbooks, and an information educational environment aimed at improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers have been prepared and implemented. 4. The components and criteria determining the formation of skills and abilities of future computer science teachers based on case technologies in universities are determined. 5. Experimental work is carried out in the educational process in order to improve the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on case technologies, the effectiveness of the analysis of the results is determined. The theoretical significance of the study Major changes in modern scientific and technical development require continuous improvement of the quality of students' education. Improving the quality of continuous professional training of teachers is set as one of the priorities for all universities in the world. The theoretical significance of this work lies in the formation of professional skills and abilities of students using the methodology of continuous improvement of the quality of knowledge of future computer science teachers and improving the quality of knowledge. In order to analyze the state of improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on Case technologies, the domestic and foreign literature is reviewed, the experience and methods of teaching universities to improve the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on case technologies are analyzed. The model of improving the quality of education of future computer science teachers based on case technologies prepared during the dissertation work and the methodology of continuous improvement of the quality of education of future computer science teachers can be used in the educational process by the teaching staff and students of universities. Practical significance of the study 1. The content of the educational and methodological complex, the work program (Sillabus) of the discipline «Innovation» has been supplemented in order to improve the quality of education based on case technologies of the educational program «7M01511–Informatics», L.N. The reliability and validity of the research results is determined by the analysis of scientific, theoretical and practical work on a given issue and the implementation of a model for improving the quality of knowledge of university students based on case technologies, the correspondence of the results obtained to the goals and objectives of the study, the implementation of the research results into practice, mathematical and statistical processing of the results of experimental work, proof of the research forecast.
