Dear Graduate of L. Gumilyov Eurasian National University!

Within the walls of our ALMAMATER there is a public association “Association of Graduates of L. Gumilyov Eurasian National University”.

History of the Association

Public association “Association of Graduates of L. Gumilyov Eurasian National University” was founded in October 2008 on the initiative and with support of the Rector of the University, Bakytzhan Abdraimov, Doctor of Juridical Science, Professor, Academician of the Legal Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Association was founded for conducting of joint activities defined by community of interests of graduates of Alma Mater.

Thanks to activities of the Association the issue of a research and information textbook on patriotic education of youth within the frames of the state program for 2008 had been prepared, social and information magazine “Golos pokoleniy” (voice of generations; TN) had been founded, as well as a legal clinic created, with active student of the university involved.

Our Mission

The Mission of the Association of Graduates of ENU is the integration of efforts of intellectual, creative and business potential of graduates for solving of social and economic problems of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as for search of effective solutions of problematic issues faced by graduates in their practical activities and life, in assistance to the university in its strategic development.

Privileges of Membership in the Association

A right to unobstructed access to educational buildings of the university; Possibility to use the library and reading rooms of the university; possibility to use all electronic resources of the university; Possibility of free participation in special programs of the Association; Possibility of participation in general programs of the Association on favourable terms; Right to take part in organization of projects and programs under the name of the Association; Discount to sports complexes of the university; Possibility to use classrooms and halls for presentations, seminars, trainings.

Information and publishing activities of the Association include:

Memoirs and graduates directories; Thematic directories; E-newsletter of the Association (2 times a year); Information portal of the Association; Employment of graduates and staff recruitment for graduates-employers; Development, manufacture and sales of souvenirs with symbols of the Association; Creation and development of membership clubs for graduates; Support of social and cultural development (music, painting, dance) at the University; Support of sport development (over sports) at the university; Assistance to research activities (students, masters and doctoral students) of the university.
