Abstract (English): Relevance of the research. Rapid development of information technologies, transition to digital economy, creation and improvement of various social professional networks, availability of information require modernisation of the classical education system and filling it with new content. Therefore, modern society needs new-generation teachers who are able to implement modern digital technologies in their professional activities. The President K. K. Tokayev's Address to the people of Kazakhstan "the unity of the people and system reforms - a solid basis for the prosperity of the country", adopted in recent years, emphasises the focus on the training of quality specialists, increasing the human resource potential needed to turn Kazakhstan into a digital hub. Hence, it is clear that the head of state pays special attention to the training of future specialists. Paragraph 9 of Chapter 1 of the order "On Approval of State Obligatory Standards of Higher and Postgraduate Education" states that "competence is the ability to practically use knowledge, skills and abilities acquired during training in professional activities". Also in paragraph 5 of the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan from 1 September 2020 "Kazakhstan in the new conditions: period of action" says: "affordable and quality education. The need to provide a single integrated educational platform with a set of all functions necessary for a full-fledged educational process is shown". The above-mentioned documents can serve as a basis for the relevance of the topic. It is impossible to achieve a qualitatively new state of modern society without comprehensive consideration and improvement of teacher training in higher education institutions. The tasks of teacher training are complicated by new challenges of the XXI century with the adopted documents at the international and national levels. Kazakhstan and the UN have signed friendly cooperation programmes for 2021-2025. These documents require the provision of comprehensive and equitable quality education and the promotion of lifelong learning opportunities. Sustainable development is mainly about ensuring the quality of life of people, all economic and social changes should be aimed at meeting human needs and aspirations through the digitalisation of society. The State Standard of General Secondary Education and the State Standard of Higher Vocational Education support the competence-based approach to learning. A learner is characterised by readiness to use information to plan and implement his or her activities, to form reasoned conclusions, to be able to work with information, is defined by the possession of information competence: mastering the skills of purposeful search for missing information, comparison of individual fragments, holistic analysis and development of hypotheses. When realising this task, teachers should demonstrate a competence-based approach in educational and upbringing activities. Consequently, the adopted documents presuppose a wide use of the possibilities of information technologies. The development of ICT has made a great contribution to education. Computer programmes and online services for teaching various disciplines and sharpened practical skills. Modern digital educational and online resources have great potential to enhance the visibility and perception of learning material. Digital resources for education in combination with game methods help to increase the motivation of learners in the process of recognising and assimilating information. The relevance of the study is confirmed by the creation of one of the main dynamically developing areas of modern education - distance learning platforms and their implementation in the educational process. If before 2020 the existing distance learning platforms were more useful and unconventional in the practice of pedagogical activity than necessary, it is known that the pandemic "COVID-19" brought significant changes in the field of education. Educational institutions first completely switched to distance learning, and after quarantine the situation improved - they continue the format of blended learning. In this regard, one of the main issues on today's agenda is the digitalisation of education for any form of education: full-time, distance or blended. This, of course, first of all refers to the modern system of higher education. In recent years, there has been a steady trend towards the introduction and development of modern digital technologies for the organisation of the educational process in Kazakhstan and abroad. Training of teachers of informatics is carried out in pedagogical universities under educational programmes "7M01511-Informatics". The educational programmes develop and approve the list of disciplines for training teachers of informatics. However, new challenges in society and education, globalisation require comprehensive training of informatics teachers in new digital technologies, including the creation and implementation of distance learning platforms. Experiments have shown that the introduction of novelty always leads to difficulties. As a result of sociological research, university teachers and students note the following difficulties in working with the platform: lack of time to work with the digital platform, lack of ICT competencies required to work in the LMS, as well as lack of training of future informatics specialist to independently create a learning platform, lack of methodology, etc. Due to the complexity and polysemantic nature of the topic, digital education has hardly been considered as a major research discipline until recently, but a number of foreign and domestic scientific studies from far and near abroad provide opportunities to reveal the essence of digital education. The mastery by future teachers of computer science of the methodology of creating distance learning platforms in professional activity and the insufficient degree of consideration of this issue in the content of educational programmes revealed the contradiction of the study. This contradiction revealed the problem of research on the issues of creating distance learning platforms in the process of training future teachers of computer science in universities. This contradiction and the identified problem served as the basis for choosing the topic «Improving the training of future informatics teachers to create and implementing a distance learning platform». The object of the research: the educational process of higher education institution. The subject of research: the process of improving the training of future teachers of computer science in the creation and implementation of distance learning platform. Purpose of the research: theoretical substantiation and practical implementation of improving the training of future teachers of computer science in creating a distance learning platform. Research hypothesis: if in the educational process of the university will be defined scientific-theoretical, practical basis for the creation and implementation of distance learning platform of future teachers of computer science, it will be possible to improve the training of future teachers of computer science on the creation and implementation of distance learning platform, as the improvement of training of future teachers of computer science on the creation and implementation of distance learning platform is a requirement of time. Objectives of the research: 1.To determine the scientific and theoretical foundations of improving the training of future teachers of informatics on the creation and implementation of distance learning platform. 2.To create a model of improving the training of future teachers of informatics on the basis of creating and implementing a distance learning platform. 3.Determine the practical and educational and methodological bases of improving the training of future teachers of informatics on the creation and implementation of distance learning platform. 4.Conducting experimental work on improving the training of future teachers of computer science on the creation and implementation of distance learning platform, differentiation of results and proof of effectiveness. The leading idea of the research: improvement of purposeful training of future teachers of informatics on the basis of independent creation and implementation of distance learning platforms, which, accordingly, allows solving professional problems in the activity of a future specialist. Methodological and theoretical foundations of the research work. Theoretical (analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical, scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research; study and analysis of educational standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, analysis, comparison, systematisation and generalisation of own experience of methodological training of future teachers of computer science); empirical (observation, surveys of students and teachers, pedagogical experiment); methods of mathematical statistics (data analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, graphical presentation of results). Sources of research: President K. K. Tokayeva "The unity of the people and system reforms - a solid basis for the prosperity of the country", the order "On Approval of State Compulsory Standards of Higher and Postgraduate Education", the order "On Approval of the Rules of Organisation of the Educational Process on Distance Education Technologies", the Law of RK "On Education", the State Compulsory Standard of Higher Education of RK, informatics educational programmes for teacher training, professional standard of a teacher, labour, etc., etc. Research methods: theoretical (analysis, comparison, modelling of domestic and foreign psychological, pedagogical, scientific, methodological and special literature on the topic of research, the state compulsory standard of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the standard curriculum for postgraduate education of educational programmes in the field of training teachers of informatics); - empirical (observations, surveys, experimental to test the hypothesis of the study). - statistical (conducting experimental work and processing of its results). Scientific novelty of the research: The scientific novelty of the study lies in the justification and implementation of technology to support the learning process based on the creation of distance learning platforms that allow to control the learning process, navigate the dynamics of students' readiness indicators and optimise the processing of the results of diagnostic studies of learning quality with the help of an information system. Scientific novelty of the research consists in: 1.scientific-theoretical bases of improving the training of future teachers of computer science on the creation of distance learning platform are clarified by the definition of methods and application of the problem of creation and implementation of distance learning platform in the educational practice of universities. 2.on the basis of creation and implementation of distance learning platform the model of improving the training of future teachers of informatics with the coverage of target, organisational, content and result blocks is created. 3.practical bases of improving the training of future teachers of computer science on the creation and implementation of distance learning platform are determined by the development of programme and educational and methodological bases of designing the system of distance learning platform. 4.Experimental work on improving the training of future teachers of computer science on the creation and implementation of distance learning platform has been carried out, positive results have been obtained. Practical significance: 1.the elective discipline "online knowledge platform" for students of the educational programme "7M01511-Informatics" of L.N.Gumilev Eurasian National University of L. N. Gumilev has been introduced in the process of education of masters of the field of training of teachers of informatics. 2.for students of the educational programme "7M01511-Informatics" of Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov additions to the content of the discipline "Methods of formation of electronic resources of education" were developed, elective disciplines "online platforms of education" were introduced in the educational process. 3.in order to improve the training of future teachers of informatics by creating and implementing distance learning platforms, the curricula and teaching and methodological complexes of elective disciplines "methods of formation of electronic educational resources", "educational online platforms" were developed and included in the educational process. 4.published a textbook for future teachers of informatics "Education-Online Platforms". 5.Distance learning platform "DL Platform" was created and implemented in the learning process of master's students on the educational programme "7M01511 - Informatics". 6. developed a computer programme "Distance Learning Platforms" (certificate of state registration of rights to the object of copyright of the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 33454 from 10.03.2023). Reliability and validity of the research results are provided by: theoretical and methodological foundations of the study, reliance on modern scientific achievements in the field of methodology and pedagogy, analysis of pedagogical experience of teachers of computer science and ICT in the methodological training of future teachers of computer science, correspondence of theoretical and empirical methods of research to the set goals and objectives, approbation of the research results in the real educational process. Main provisions recommended for defence: 1.replenishment of scientific and theoretical foundations of improving the training of future teachers of informatics on the creation and implementation of distance learning platform by methods of pedagogical client-server, network partnership and web project by analysing the existing methods in the educational practice of universities. 2. the model of improving the training of future teachers of informatics on the basis of creating and implementing a distance learning platform includes the following blocks: 2.1 target - to state normative documents in the field of education, standards, educational programmes, working curricula (syllabuses); 2.2 organisational-pedagogical-technological methods-analysis, network partnership, web project, Pedagogical client is carried out with the help of server, interactive, comparative, simulation and empirical methods and on the basis of server, cloud organisation on the server, administration of the compiled platform; 2.3 content-profile disciplines on the basis of educational programmes, academic information resources on the basis of creating a distance learning platform, educational and methodological support; 2.4 performance-motivational, information-content, hardware-technological components and criteria for the creation and implementation of a distance learning platform for students. 3. practical basis for improving the training of future teachers of computer science in the creation and implementation of distance learning platform: 3.1 distance learning platform system design scheme, security; 3.2 structure, content and educational and methodological foundations of programme bases of creation and implementation of distance learning platform in the educational process. 4.The results of the experimental work to improve the training of future teachers of computer science on the creation and implementation of distance learning platform and confirmation of the prediction. Stages of the research: I stage - at the stage of search (2020-2021) the literature on the topic of domestic and foreign psychological, pedagogical, scientific, methodological and special studies, educational experience of universities on the use of distance learning platforms in the training of future teachers of informatics was analysed. Also methods and forms of introduction of distance learning platforms in the educational process are defined, the model of training of future teachers of computer science on creation of distance learning platforms is offered. The content of the special course is determined. The educational and working programme (syllabus), educational and methodical complex are developed. Questionnaire questions are developed. II stage-at the stage of formation (2021-2022 academic year, I half of 2022-2023 academic year) the special course is implemented in the educational process, methodical manuals, teaching materials on the basis of creating a distance learning platform, the use of distance platform in the training of future teachers of informatics is developed and implemented in the educational process. III stage - pedagogical experimental testing of the effectiveness of the prepared distance learning platform in the training of future teachers of computer science at the final stage (2022-2023 academic year), summarising the results, conducting mathematical and statistical processing.
