Anti-corruption Compliance Service

The main purpose of the ACCS is to ensure compliance by the Company and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption, the introduction of anti-corruption standards and the international standard ISO 37001:2016, as well as monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures and prevention of corruption manifestations.

- ensuring the introduction of tools for the prohibition and prevention of corruption offenses by the Company

- effective implementation of the system of measures of combat corruption in the Company

- ensuring internal analysis of corruption risks in the Company

- ensuring compliance with the basic principles of anti-corruption in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

- formation of sustainable anti-corruption behavior among persons working in the Company

- identification of corruption manifestation and prevention of their negative consequences

- conducting explanatory activities on anti-corruption issues and the formation of an anti-corruption culture (intolerance and negative attitude to corruption manifestations) in the Company

- consulting support for employees and students of the Company on anti-corruption issues and receiving telephone messages about corruption manifestation via the helpline, as well during personal meetings

- the sufficiency of the powers and resources allocated to perform the functions of anti-corruption compliance

- managements intertest in the effectiveness of anti-corruption compliance

- information openness of the activities of the anti-corruption compliance service

- independence of the anti-corruption compliance service

- continuity of anti-corruption compliance

- improving of anti-corruption compliance

- continuous improvement of the competencies of officers performing the functions of anti-corruption compliance
