Abstract (English): the dissertation work of Utegenova Meruyert Syzdykovna “Formation of the professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the context of the innovative educational environment”, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the educational program “8D01823 - Social pedagogy and self-knowledge” The aim of the dissertation research - theoretical and methodological justification of the problem of developing the professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the context of the innovative educational environment, development of methodology and evaluation of its effectiveness through a practical experiment. The objectives of the research: 1. Theoretical and methodological justification of the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the context of the innovative educational environment. Clarification of the structure and content of the concept of “professional success”. 2. Identification of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the context of the innovative educational environment. 3. Development of structural and content-based model for the formation of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the context of the innovative educational environment, as well as definition of its criteria, indicators and levels. 4. Development of the methodology for the formation of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the context of the innovative educational environment and assessment of its effectiveness through experimental research. Methods of research: - Theoretical (analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and scientific and methodological literature on the research topic, synthesis, comparison, study of domestic experience and document analysis); - Empirical (questionnaires, pedagogical observation, testing, conducting experimental work, pedagogical diagnostics, pedagogical modelling); - Statistical (mathematical and statistical processing of the obtained data). Main statements (validated scientific hypotheses and other findings that constitute new knowledge) presented for defense 1. Theoretical and methodological justification for the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment has been provided. The content of the concept of “professional successfulness” is clarified. Professional successfulness is a professional orientation, innovative attitude (position), professional communication and innovative activity, which ensure the achievement of successfulness in social and pedagogical activities of future social care teachers in an innovative educational environment and reflect the development of their personal and professional qualities. 2. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in an innovative educational environment have been determined. These conditions include the creation of a motivational environment; formation of a friendly atmosphere and development of effective communication and interaction skills; support for the development of reflexive-activity approach skills for professional self-knowledge, self-improvement, innovative activity and innovative management; creation of an innovative educational environment that corresponds to the professionalism of future social care teachers; creation of an innovative educational environment that corresponds to the professionalism of future social care teachers in an innovative educational environment. 3. A structural and content model has been developed, including blocks (target, content, and level-effective), components (motivational-value, cognitive-informational, communicative-creative, reflexive-activity), criteria (professional orientation, innovative attitude, professional communication, innovative activity), indicators (motivation to achieve success value system orientation, striving for novelty, cognitive independence, professional competence, information culture, etc.) and levels (low, medium, high). 4. A methodology for the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers has been developed, including an elective course “Fundamentals of developing professional successfulness” and an educational and methodological manual. The effectiveness of the methodology has been tested through experimental research. Description of main research findings. In addressing the first task, the theoretical justification for the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment was provided and the structure of the concept of “professional successfulness” was clarified, considered in relationship with the concepts of “successfulness”, “professionalism”, “professional mastery”, “professional competence”. Professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment was defined as a set of professional orientation, innovative attitude, professional communication and innovative activity, providing their successfulness activity in social pedagogy and the development of personal and professional qualities. In addressing the second task, psychological and pedagogical conditions of success formation were determined: creation of motivational environment, creation of friendly atmosphere, development of reflexive skills, integration of knowledge into practice, organization of creative environment and development of information culture. In addressing the third task, a model with a clearly defined structure, components, criteria, indicators and levels was developed. In the conditions of innovative educational environment, the components of developing professional successfulness of future social care teachers (motivational-valuable, cognitive-informational, communicative-creative, reflexive-activity), criteria (professional orientation, innovative attitude, professional communication, innovative activity) and indicators were defined. In the course of addressing the fourth task, a methodology including a course and a methodological manual was developed and tested. Justification of the novelty and importance of the results obtained 1. The development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment has been theoretically and methodologically justified. The structure and content of the concept of “professional successfulness” has been clarified. 2. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment have been determined. 3. The structural and content-based model of development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment is developed, its criteria, indicators and levels are defined. 4. The methodology of the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment has been developed and its effectiveness has been tested through experimental work. Compliance with science development directions or state programs The dissertation work is prepared in accordance with the educational program 8D01823 - “Social pedagogy and self-knowledge” and fully complies with its requirements. The theme, goal, objectives and scientific results of the work cover the main directions of this specialty. The dissertation work presents: - Theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment; - Psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment are justified; - The structural and content-based model, as well as methodology of the development of professional successfulness of future social care teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment have been developed. These areas of research are fully aligned with the areas of research established by the profession's passport. Description of the applicant's contribution to the preparation of each publication In total, 9 scientific papers have been published on the topic of the research. These include: articles in international peer-reviewed journals Web of Science Core Collection, Scopus - 2, in scientific publications recommended by the Committee on Quality Assurance in the field of science and higher education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 4, in collections of materials of international and national conferences - 2 scientific articles and 1 teaching manual. 1. Formation of professional competence for future social educators based on an integrated approach // Journal of Education and E-Learning Research, 2023, 10 (3), p.548-556. - The doctoral student formulated the theoretical basis of the research, conducted a comparative analysis of quantitative and qualitative diagnostic results to identify the level of the development of professional success of future social care teachers in an innovative educational environment. The comparison was carried out between the students of 1-2 and 3-4 courses. The conclusion is made about the importance of not only theoretical knowledge, but also personal qualities, life stance, practical skills, as well as employers' requirements for creativity, initiative and social responsibility. The topic, relevance and methodology of the article are determined by the author's team, with the text of the article written directly by the doctoral student. 2. Formation of Professionalism of Future Social Teachers in the System of Training in Russia and Kazakhstan (Comparative Aspect) // Education and Self Development, 2022, Vol. 17, №3, p.157-168. - The doctoral student researched the peculiarities of the national systems of professional education in Russia and Kazakhstan in the training of future social care teachers. She analysed the role of social competence and professional success in the process of training future social care teachers. 3. Significance of development of professional success of Future Social Teachers in innovative educational environment // Science and Life of Kazakhstan, 2020, No 12/3 (149), p. 224-228. - The article provides a theoretical analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists, reveals the importance of the content and quality of training, implementation of pedagogical innovations, self-esteem and confidence as factors of success of the future social educator. 4. Study development problems development professional success of future social teachers in conditions of innovation and education// Bulletin of Toraigyrov University. Series: Pedagogy, 2021, No 4, p. 453-463. - The doctoral student analyzed the concept of “professional success” in scientific works, outlined modern requirements for a specialist, and considered the role of innovative educational environment in the training of future social pedagogues. 5. The essence and structure of the professional successfulness of Future Social Teachers in the context of the innovative educational environment // Bulletin of Abay KazNPU. Series “Pedagogical Sciences”, 2022, No 4 (76), p. 51-59. - The doctoral student in the article revealed the structure of professional success, described the mechanism of striving for it, the perception of success as a value, as well as professional motivation and prediction of practical activity. 6. Professional success of a social teacher as a psychological and pedagogical phenomenon // Bulletin of Abay KazNPU. Series “Pedagogical Sciences”, 2024, No 2(82), p. 48-60. - The doctoral student identified the features of the criteria of external and internal success in the professional activity of a future social educator on the basis of associations with the concept of “professional success” (public recognition, recognition by other specialists, high authority, quality work, continuous pedagogical education, satisfaction with professional activity, achievement, goal, pride, emotional state in various situations) and outlined the results of the study. When revealing the content of the concept of professional success as a psychological and pedagogical phenomenon, a process-dynamic approach to explaining this phenomenon was used as a diagnostically valid criterion. 7. Motivation as a leading factor in the development of professional success of Future Social Teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment // VIII International Forum on Pedagogical Education, Kazan, 2022, p. 600-608. - Motivational factors influencing students' professional development were analysed. The study included students of 1-4 courses of ENU named after L.N. Gumilev and Pavlodar Pedagogical University. Doctoral student revealed the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, as well as the dynamics of its change by courses. 8. Diagnostics of students' learning motivation and motives for achieving success in academic activities // International Scientific and Practical Conference, Pavlodar, 2023, p. 517-521. - The doctoral student researched the motivation of students, its changes in student age, as well as the psychological and pedagogical prerequisites for achieving success in learning. 9. Educational and methodical manual “Fundamentals of professional success formation” // Pavlodar: PPU named after A. Margulan, 2024. - 97p. - The textbook is divided into three modules. The first module deals with “Introduction to the professional success of social care teachers”, which covers the analysis of the concept of “professional success” in the scientific literature. Professional success in the activity of a social pedagogue is defined as a multifaceted concept covering various aspects of professional activity. Particular attention is paid to three key aspects of social pedagogue's professional success - empathy, communication and pedagogical competence. The concept of emotional intelligence (EI) is also considered and its significance in modern social pedagogy is analyzed. Emotional intelligence is characterized as the ability to perceive, understand and manage both one's own and others' emotions, influencing a person's thinking and behavior. The module examines how the development of emotional intelligence in a social pedagogue facilitates interaction with students, the creation of a supportive educational environment and the formation of personal qualities in children. The second module is Ethics and Professional Behavior. It examines the concept of ethics and defines the values, ideals and ethical principles that guide professionals in their professional activities. It emphasizes the importance of respect for cultural differences as a tool for building trust and understanding when working with clients from different socio-cultural backgrounds, which affects their social and emotional development. The third module is named “Development and interaction in the professional sphere”. This section explores the importance of introducing innovations into the professional sphere of a social educator and the need to adapt to changes. Methods and strategies for successful adaptation to new technologies, approaches and requirements of the profession are described. In practical classes, students analyzed and solved problem situations according to the proposed algorithm.
