On holding a tender for the placement of landromats in ENU student houses

L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University NJSC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces a tender for the lease of available space to house equipment-specifically, laundromat units-at the following Company facilities:

Student Dormitory No. 2 – Astana, Almaty District, 2 Abylai Khan Avenue; area: 2 sq. m; number of laundromat units: 2 (two);

Student Dormitory No. 3 – Astana, Almaty District, 12/1 M. Zhumabayev Avenue; area: 2 sq. m; number of laundromat units: 2 (two);

Student Dormitory No. 4 – Astana, Almaty District, 14 M. Zhumabayev Avenue; area: 2 sq. m; number of laundromat units: 2 (two);

Student Dormitory No. 5 – Astana, Almaty District, 14/1 M. Zhumabayev Avenue; area: 2 sq. m; number of laundromat units: 2 (two);

Student Dormitory No. 6 – Astana, Baikonyr District, 4/1 A. Yanushkevich Street; area: 2 sq. m; number of laundromat units: 2 (two).

The subject of the tender is the lease of five locations with a total area of ​​10 sq. m for the installation of equipment—specifically, 2 (two) laundromat units per student dormitory—for a term of 12 months. The equipment to be installed must support the following payment methods: coin acceptor, banknote acceptor, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Kaspi Pay, QR, and NFC.

The starting monthly rental price is 28,382.81 tenge (twenty-eight thousand three hundred eighty-two tenge and 81 tiyn), including VAT.

The tender is conducted in accordance with the Rules for Leasing Real Estate of the NJSC "L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University" and the tender documentation published on the university's official website.

To participate in the tender, applicants must submit a tender application and pay a security deposit no later than two working days prior to the date of the first stage of the tender (the opening of envelopes containing tender applications).

The tender is conducted in two stages:

• the first stage involves opening the envelopes containing tender applications and qualifying participants based on their compliance with the requirements of the tender documentation;
• the second stage involves participants who have passed the qualification selection taking part in bidding by raising the rental rate. The starting rate is the highest initial price offer made by one of the participants admitted to the second stage.

Applications will be accepted starting from September 10, 2026.
