Applications Are Now Open for Academic Mobility Programs for the Spring Semester 2026–2027

L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University announces the launch of the call for applications for international academic mobility programs for the Spring Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year. Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral students can apply for two key exchange tracks at leading partner universities abroad: "ENU Students Ambassadors" and "Self-Financing".

About the Programs

"ENU Students Ambassadors" is a strategic initiative of ENU designed to foster international cooperation and empower talented youth. Winners of the selection process receive a lump-sum financial support grant for a semester-long exchange study abroad while serving as official brand ambassadors of ENU.

"Self-Financing" is a program offering semester-long study opportunities under bilateral partner agreements. Tuition is waived at most host institutions, while accompanying travel, living, food, visa, and insurance expenses are covered individually by the participants.

Candidate Requirements

Eligible Student Categories:

Undergraduate: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year students (as well as 4th-year students in 5-year degree programs);

Master's: 1st-year graduate students;

Doctoral: 1st and 2nd-year PhD candidates.

Selection Criteria:

Academic Performance: GPA of 2.67 or higher;

Language Proficiency: Valid official language certificate (IELTS 5.0+, TOEFL 35+, ENU Test B2, HSK 4, TOPIK 4, etc. — in accordance with host university requirements).

Required Application Documents

Trilingual Academic Transcript: Ordered independently via the "Platonus" AIS (must contain an official QR code or live seal and signature).

Language Certificate: An official certificate confirming language proficiency levels as required by the host university.

International Passport: A valid travel passport for international travel.

Data Processing Consent Form: Completed and signed personally by the applicant.

Sejong University: September 14, 2026 – September 23, 2026 (inclusive)

University of Macau: September 14, 2026 – September 27, 2026 (inclusive)

University of Tsukuba: September 14, 2026 – September 28, 2026 (inclusive)

Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU): September 14, 2026 – September 29, 2026 (inclusive)

HSE University (St. Petersburg): September 14, 2026 – September 29, 2026 (inclusive)
