Abstract (English): ABSTRACT on the dissertation work of Mukhamedkhanova Ainur Batyrkhanovna «Improving the competitiveness of entrepreneurial structures in the conditions of innovative foresight (on the example of meat production and processing in Turkestan region») submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) on educational programme 8D04110 - «Economics» Relevance of the research topic. One of the important factors constraining the economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the low level of competitiveness of domestic entrepreneurial structures. In modern market conditions strengthening of external and internal competitive struggle due to the influence of external environment, crisis in the world and Kazakhstan economy increases the relevance of this issue. The solution to the complex and multifaceted problem of improving the competitiveness of entrepreneurial structures in the conditions of innovation Forsyth in most cases requires, first of all, the analysis and assessment of the competitive position of entrepreneurial structures, the use of existing approaches and together with them new innovative methods in the study of factors affecting them. In addition, it is impossible without a reliable assessment of the success of entrepreneurial structures in the target market, competitive dominance, increasing the competitiveness of entrepreneurial structures, making sound management decisions. The President of Kazakhstan K.-J. Tokayev in his Address to the People of Kazakhstan 2022 noted: "with the financial support of the state, special attention is paid to representatives of competitive small and medium-sized businesses ... in agricultural co-operatives ... it is necessary to gradually spread the positive experience throughout the country" [1]. In the conditions of innovative Foresight in meat production and processing on the basis of co-operative connection, the assessment of the level of competition is put forward by collecting the necessary statistical information in assessing the competitiveness of meat industry structures by consolidating production and enlargement in meat production on the basis of new innovative methods and techniques of Foresight. Therefore, the correct solution of the issues to improve the strategic competitiveness of the meat industry and its structures as a whole through the creation of enlarged innovative structures "meat production co-operative" and "meat processing co-operatives" on the basis of the existing inter-municipal co-operation of small, medium, entrepreneurial structures in the meat industry determines the purpose of this research work and the relevance of the research topic. Research degree. The majority of domestic and foreign publications are devoted to the issues of ensuring the increase of competitiveness of entrepreneurial structures, which discusses whole complexes of direct or indirect factors and links that affect the issues of strengthening competitiveness. Theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise and product competitiveness management are presented in the works of foreign scientists F. Kotler, K. McConnell, M. Mescon, M. Porter, F. Alzhanova, etc. problems of scientific and technological progress, theoretical approaches and methodological foundations of innovations, increasing their efficiency in ensuring the competitiveness of economic entities: D. Esirkepova, etc. The problem of improving the competitiveness of the country is studied in the works of Kazakh scientists: K. A. Sagadiev, G. J. Nurmukhanova, O. Sabden, M. Meldakhanova and others. There is a further complication of the proposed methods of assessing the competitiveness of entrepreneurial structures, the use of which requires the formation of special information resources and evaluation of highly qualified specialists as a result of research. All this determined the choice of the topic of this dissertation research, its goals and objectives. The aim of the research is to study theoretical and methodological aspects of development and to provide practical recommendations based on the creation and formation of innovative cooperative structures in meat production and processing in the conditions of innovative Foresight. Objectives of the study. In order to achieve the goal of the research the solutions of the following scientific problems were considered: -discover the modern meaning of the concept of "innovation", "innovative cooperative" in the conditions of innovative Forsyth, theoretical and methodological justification of the organisation and competitive development of innovative "cooperatives in the production of meat and its processing"; -study foreign experience of development of cooperatives in meat production and its processing, on the basis of cooperation and use them in the creation and development of domestic cooperatives in meat production and its processing, study the system of indicators for assessing the competitiveness of structures; -Analysis of structural positions and the share of meat categories in the meat economy of Turkestan region, product, production, process, marketing innovations introduced in production by Infrastroy Ltd and evaluation of the proposed types of innovations; - Development of models of co-operative connection of innovative "meat production co-operative" and "meat processing co-operative", created on the basis of co-operation of farms in regions and districts, substantiation of ways to improve competitiveness, to give recommendations; -justification of parameters of development of meat economic structures of the country for the perspective of 2030 on the basis of econometric, economic-mathematical, regression and trend models of Forsyth, to give recommendations. Object of research - organisational and legal forms, system of services of meat farms, innovative companies on production and processing of meat, cooperative structures of Turkestan region. Subject of the study - creation and formation of innovative structures for meat production and processing, theoretical and methodological foundations of their development, organisational and economic relations. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research. The theory and methodology of the problem are determined on the basis of the study of scientific works of foreign and Kazakhstani scientists. Legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws and charters adopted by the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory information, Messages of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state programmes, data of the National Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Committee on Agricultural Statistics of Turkestan region were used as information bases. Statistical, monographic, econometric, correlation-regression, index and other Foresight methods calculated on the basis of special computer programmes were used in the analysis of the research results. Scientific novelty of the research results consists in the following: - The concept of organisation and creation of competitive "meat production cooperative" and "meat processing cooperative" is substantiated by disclosing the economic essence of the concepts of "innovation", "innovation cooperative" in the conditions of innovation Forsyth; - foreign experience of development of cooperatives on meat processing on the basis of cooperation of farms, the results of which were used in the organisation and creation of domestic cooperatives on production and processing of meat, the system of indicators of competitiveness assessment was studied; - The place and share of meat processing categories in the meat economy of Turkestan region were analysed, product, production and marketing innovations in "Infrastroy LTD" LLP were analysed, the assortment of new meat products in the meat company was evaluated, the performance in the organisation of vertical integration link in meat processing and sales was evaluated, recommendations were given; - Models of co-operative connection of innovative "meat production co-operative" and "meat processing co-operative" created on the basis of inter-farm co-operation in meat farming of Turkestan region are developed, ways of strategic growth into the future for innovative companies on processing and sale of poultry meat are substantiated, the proposal is made; - parameters of strategic development of economic activity of meat economic structures of the country for the future up to 2030g have been calculated and substantiated, recommendations have been worked out on the basis of econometric, mathematical, regression and trend models of Forsythe of economic activity. The main conclusions proposed for defence are: -author's formulation of the organisation and creation of "meat production cooperative" and "meat processing cooperative" on the basis of meat cooperation as a result of theoretical and methodological substantiation of the economic essence of the concepts of "innovation", "innovation cooperative" in the conditions of innovation Forsyth - the results of study of foreign experience of development of cooperative on production and processing of meat on the basis of the agreement on cooperation in meat economy, its application in the organisation and creation of cooperative in the sphere of domestic production, the results of estimation of competitiveness of structures on processing of meat; - analysis of the current state of meat farms of Turkestan region, evaluation of types of production and product,organisational and marketing innovations introduced in operation by the company LLP "Infrastroy LTD"; as a result of the existing and provided nnovation services revealed the implementation of vertical integration - technological processes of meat (production - processing - packaging-sales) within the organisation, innovative new meat products analysis of assortment volumes, evaluation results; - Models of co-operative relations of organisation and creation of innovative "meat production co-operative" and "meat processing co-operative" on the basis of co-operation of meat farms of Turkestan region are developed, and it is recommended to innovative companies on processing and sale of poultry meat to introduce in the strategic plan of development based on strategic growth; - calculated parameters of the strategic development of the meat economy of the country for the future up to 2030 with the help of economic-mathematical, econometric and trend Foresight models. Parameters calculated on the basis of econometric models determine the theoretical level of development, outcomes and results of forecasting the strategic development of the country's meat economy for the future. Practical significance of the study. The main results and conclusions obtained in the course of the study can be used for further theoretical and applied research on the issues of organisation and development of new innovative structures "meat production cooperative" and "meat processing cooperative" on the basis of cooperative linkage. The practical significance of the dissertation research consists in the fact that the recommendations developed in it are aimed at improving the socio-economic status of economic categories of meat processing enterprises of Turkestan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the private population, and create conditions for increasing the efficiency of economic activity of entrepreneurial structures in the field of meat production and meat processing of Turkestan region. Connection with planned research work. Dissertation work is carried out in accordance with the theme of research work of the department "Economics" of the educational institution named after M. Auezov 2021-2025: MB 21-06-09, section 3 analysis of the current state and problems of development of the economy of agro-industrial complex "increasing the efficiency of agro-industrial complex and ensuring food security of the region". Received scientific data in the dissertation used econometric, mathematical models of trends calculated by a special programme using modern computer technology, substantiated indicators of the forecast of the development of the industry of meat production and processing in the country for 2024-2030 years. Approbation of the research results. The main results of the dissertation work are presented at international conferences, theoretical and practical seminars, published in a total of 10 scientific papers, including: in the journals, In the publications recommended by the authorised body - 5 articles, in international scientific publications included in the database "Scopus"-1 article, in international scientific - practical conferences - 4 articles, in the proceedings of international conferences.
