Abstract (English): The purpose of the dissertation research: study to identify the linguodidactic foundations of mastering national values in a turkological context. Objectives of the study: 1. Determination of the essence of the concepts of value, value assessment, their types, systematization, analysis of the study in the field of philosophic, psychological, sociological, pedagogic, linguistics sciences; 2. Determination of the spiritual and cultural foundations and value system of the Turkic peoples on the basis of written sources wise thoughts of scientists from the ancient and middle Turkic times; 3. Determination the axiolinguistic foundations of learning values in the education system, analysis of the coverage level of the national value system in the content of teaching the Kazakh language; 4. Conducting experiments on determining value orientations, determining the stages of formation of value attitudes of a person on the basis of research works; 5. Developing a didactic model for the formation of axiological competence of the future teacher of the Kazakh language and literature in the educational process and prove its effectiveness in practice. Research methods: In the course of the study, the method of theoretical analysis was used to determine the axiological, sociological, psychological, Turkology, linguocultural, cognitive-conceptual, linguodidactic values. At the same time, statistical analysis, survey, experimental methods were used to determine and solve the problems of developing the value system and the value orientation of the future teacher of the Kazakh language in the national education system and to test the hypothesis at different stages of research work. The main results of the study were obtained using the control method. The use of these research methods made it possible to analyze a number of national values and determine the axiological foundations of education, which provides its enrichment with universal values. The main conclusions (proven scientific hypotheses and other discoveries that are new knowledge): 1. values guide individuals and society to choose the right way to interact with each other and with the world around them. In today's era of global challenges, every nation should know and value the inherited values from its ancestors. The value is recognized through nominal language, passed down from generation to generation. 2. For centuries, the Turkic peoples have developed art, knowledge, culture, traditions based on moral values. In order to counter the globalization process that threatens the ethnic identity of the Turkic country, it is necessary to revive historical memory and give national values a new meaning from the point of view of the times. 3. The axiological, historical, sociocultural background in the text space serves to form the student's value orientations. Instead of texts that raise global issues that do not awake the student's spirit, contained in the content of the updated educational program, the results of Turkic studies and information about the Turkic intelligentsia and their works should be included, which will allow the formation of the national linguistic consciousness of the younger generation. 4. Orientation of a person in the world of values is carried out through a mechanism consisting the stages of “search - evaluation - choice - goal-creation”. Therefore, the student perceives the content of knowledge that he learns as value only when he finds, understands, feels with his heart the meaning of the acquired professional knowledge, evaluates it from the point of view of his own mind, selects it as his life value, acquires it and uses it as a life position. 5. The didactic model of teaching the discipline "Axiolinguistics" provides for the formation of the axiological competence of the future teacher of the Kazakh language, including criteria and expected results, ways of formation, didactic positions, a system of axiological texts and tasks, interactive methods and techniques. Scientific novelty of the study. 1. In the dissertation, the problem of values was considered from the point of view of axiological linguodidactics as an integrative set “language - consciousness - value - feeling - knowledge - cognition - man; 2. The axiolinguodidactic potential of the texts in textbooks of the Kazakh language was analyzed and recommendations were made regarding the content of texts of the Turkic direction; 3. The axiological attitude of the future teacher of the Kazakh language to his profession is studied, the scientific meaning of the concepts of “value consciousness”, “value attitude”, “value orientation” is revealed; 4. A methodology for evaluating and meaning the content and essence of values in the language, transforming them into life values of the individual, was proposed; 5. The stages of the formation of the value attitude of the individual were clarified, and in accordance with this, the importance of demonstrating the national value orientation through the value-oriented organization of the educational process was proved; 6. A new didactic model for the organization of the educational content of the discipline "Axiolinguistics" on a turkological basis was proposed. Justification of the importance of the results obtained: the results and judgments obtained as a result of the study contribute to the clarification of the scientific and theoretical foundations of the study of the methodology of teaching the Kazakh language, the definition of value-oriented teaching methods. The results of the study can be used as additional material in lectures and seminars on the courses "Axiolinguistics", "Introduction to Turkology", "Methods of teaching the Kazakh language" taught in higher educational institutions.
