ENU Public Reception Office: Director of the Academic Affairs Department answered students' questions
Director of ENU Academic Affairs Department of Baizhuman Kashkhynbai held a reception in the Public Reception Office of the University and answered students’ questions.
During the meeting, the students asked questions on the difficulties they are facing at the end of the first semester and some changes in the Platonus system, as well as expressed their proposals and ideas.
So, 1st year student Daulet Makashev asked the Director for academic affairs if the grant would be preserved when transferring to another university.
"Transfer to other universities is carried out during the winter and summer holidays. Students who have successfully completed their session and scored points to move on to the next course have the right to apply for transfer to another university. Their grant is also saved in the absence of any academic debts during the session, when the average score is sufficient for the next year and corresponds to a group of education programs. A sample application for transfer to another university can be downloaded on ENU official website," Baizhuman Kashkhynbai replied.
2nd year student Azira Orynbek is interested in whether the changes in the Platonus system will remain the same.
“In November, the Platonus automated information system was updated to 6.0 version. The updated system interface has a red color. In the future, the university will use the updated Platonus computer system,” Director of the Academic Affairs Department said.
At the end of the meeting, Director of the Academic Affairs Department Baizhuman Kashkhynbai wished the students good luck in the upcoming exams and noted that they are always ready to respond to any requests from students.
