ENU hosted an event in Batyrkhan Shukenov’s memory

A concert in memory of the pop singer, musician, composer Batyrkhan Shukenov “BATYR” was organized for students and teachers of the university by ENU Jastar Department and "Oner Ortalygy". The purpose of the event was to introduce students to B.Shukenov’s unique personality, life and creative path.

Popular works of the famous Kazakhstani performing artist were performed by the vocal group "E-STUDIO" and the vocal and instrumental ensemble "EURAZIA Band".

A 4th year student of the Faculty of Social Sciences, soloist of "Oner Ortalygy" Binazir Pirtaza performed the song "A little of Your Tears".

"During the preparation for the concert, we were given the opportunity to choose one of Batyrkhan Shukenov’s works, and I decided to perform a lyrical love song "A Little of Your Tears", trying to put my whole soul into its performance, and I think that to some extent it was successful. Thanks to ENU, I was able to fulfill my long-held dream,” the student shared her impressions.
