
KPI results of the university’s teaching staff for 2022-2023 academic year are announced

ENU has summed up the results of the KPIs of the teaching staff, heads of departments and deans of faculties.

In the 2022-2023 academic year, important changes were made according to the strategic directions of the university’s development based on the Development Strategy and the ENU Development Plan for 2023. The criteria and indicators of KPIs, the calculation of bonuses based on the results of KPI performance and conditions for participation in the KPI competition for the teaching staff have significantly changed.
When making changes to the indicators of KPIs, it was added to Criterion 7 for the first time. “Lowering indicators” 7.2.1 Untimely elimination of inconsistencies identified during internal monitoring of the implementation of education programs (for the 2022-2023 academic year) by the department: 1) 50% and below; and in Criterion 8. “Increasing indicators” 8.5.1 member of the University monitoring group for monitoring the implementation of the EP in the current year: - Head of Standards; 8.5.2 member of the University monitoring group for monitoring the implementation of the EP in the current year: - member of the monitoring group.; 8.7 Timely elimination of the department’s compliance identified during internal monitoring of the implementation of education programs (for the 2022-2023 academic year) (85.1% and above).
Compared to previous years, the maximum remuneration has been increased by 40% for the first time, including taking into account the inclusion of criteria and indicators from the University’s Development Plan and taking into account inflation.
Based on the results of the competition documents, the Commission for reviewing the KPI results of the teaching staff, heads of departments and deans of faculties made the following decisions.
A total of 1,099 people (81%) participated in the university from among those eligible to participate in the KPI competition (1,390 people), of whom 764 teaching staff, heads of departments and deans of faculties were rewarded by the order of the Chairman of the Management Board – Rector of the University dated December 1, 2023 No. 1690-ZhK, which amounted to 69.5% (list). In the context of faculties eligible to participate in the KPI competition, the following number of employees were rewarded on the basis of a differentiated approach:
- Faculty of History – 24 out of 25 (96.0%)
- Faculty of Physics and Technology – 70 out of 86 (81.4%)
- Faculty of Economics – 78 out of 91 (85.7%)
- Faculty of Information Technology – 113 out of 126 people (89.7%)
- Faculty of Transport and Energy – 34 out of 47 (72.3%)
- Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering – 43 out of 71 (60.6%)
- Faculty of International Relations – 35 out of 53 (66.03%)
- Faculty of Social Sciences – 79 out of 122 (64.8%)
- Faculty of Natural Sciences – 50 out of 100 (50.0%)
- Faculty of Journalism and Political Science – 32 out of 49 (65.3%)
- Faculty of Philology – 108 out of 157 (68.7%)
- Faculty of Law – 4 out of 18 (22.2%)
- Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics – 27 out of 58 (46.6%)
- Military Department – 0 out of 20 (0%)
