December 7, 2023, at the Second meeting of the Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sholpan Valerievna Tlepina, Doctor of Law, professor, member of the SAC at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded the Order of “Kurmet”.

By Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 2023 No. 377, for merits in state and public activities, significant contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of the country, strengthening friendship and cooperation between peoples, they were awarded state awards: the Order of “Kurmet” - Judge of the Constitutional Court S. F. Udartsev, member of the Scientific Advisory Council at the Constitutional Court Sh.V. Tlepina. The signing of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place on the eve of the national holiday - October 25, 1990.

Today, December 7, 2023, at the Second meeting of the Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sholpan Valerievna Tlepina, Doctor of Law, professor, member of the SAC at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded the Order of “Kurmet”. It should be noted that the Order of “Kurmet” is awarded to citizens for merits in the development of the economy, social sphere, science and culture, education, for exemplary service in government bodies and active social activities.

Sholpan Valerievna Tlepina, Head of the Department of International Law, Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumileva, executive secretary of the Eurasian Journal of International Law. Over the years, she was a member of the scientific expert council of the Constitutional Council and the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Sh.V. Tlepina has been working in the higher education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan for more than thirty years - as a teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor, deputy dean, dean, vice-rector for academic and methodological work, deputy director of the department, head of department in state universities, scientific secretary of the dissertation council, deputy chairman UMS for the Law Group of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
