The listeners of the Silver University will learn the rules of the games «Togyzkumalak» and «Bestemshe»

The Institute of Continuing Education together with the Faculty of Social Science in the period April 1-29, 2024 will conduct the course "Togyzkumalak". In the training process, listeners of 50+ are going to deal with the rules of the games «Togyzkumalak» and «Bestemshe».

During the training, lecturer Kuralai Kulanova will teach the listeners how to do mathematical calculations, show the listeners new ways of playing games. The course promotes a healthy lifestyle, attracting elder people to physical culture, wellness and sports life. The games «Togyzkumalak» and «Bestemshe» promote the development of attention, fine motor skills and strategic thinking, and the promotion of national sports.
