The Faculty of Law of ENU presented a presentation report at the UMO RUMS in the direction of “Law”

On April 5, 2024, at the Maqsut Narikbayev University, a meeting of the UMO RUMS in the direction of “Law” was held to improve the quality of legal education. On behalf of L.N. Gumilyov ENU, this meeting was attended by Makysh Serik Bihanovich - Member of the Board - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor; Smatlaev Baurzhan Mamytbekovich – dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, professor; Sembekova Bakitkul Raktaevna – head of the department of criminal law disciplines of the Faculty of Law, candidate of legal sciences, professor; Akshalova Roza Dzharasovna – acting head of the Department of International Law, Doctor of Philosophy PhD.

L.N. Gumilyov ENU named after presented a presentation report, which outlined the results of training legal personnel for 3 years. The speaker was the dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Smatlaev Baurzhan Mamytbekovich.

Representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, public and private universities, and employers also took part in the work of the UMO RUMS.

One of the decisions of the meeting was the joint preparation of the Concept of legal education in Kazakhstan until 2030.
