
Experts discussed ways to develop legal science in the digitalization era





ENU hosted an International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Trends in the Development of Legal Science in the Digitalization Era". It was attended by well-known government and public figures, scientists, professors and students from Russia, Turkey, Poland and Germany.
The purpose of the conference is to popularize the socio-political activities and scientific works of ENU Professor Murat Beibitov, who is celebrating his 70th anniversary today, to increase the sense of patriotism among young people and their interest in science.
The conference was attended by ENU Rector Yerlan Sydykov, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abil Yerlan, Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Nurmukhanov, Chairman of the Judicial Board for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurserik Sharipov, Chairman of the Union of Courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan Saken Abdullah and legal experts.
During the conference, Yerlan Sydykov presented Murat Beibitov with ENU’s highest award - the Kultegin medal.
The head of ENU Constitutional and Civil Law Department, Abdimanap Bekturganov, presented an in-depth expert review of Murat Beibitov's work.
"Murat Sydykovich, who began his career as a teacher at Abai KazNPU successfully worked further in government and public structures, where he achieved significant success in his work and scientific achievements. As a competent and qualified expert, he gives in-depth research and specific arguments in the field of law, openly writes and reflects on the problem," A.Bekturganov noted.
"Murat Beibitov has achieved great success in the field of research and has done a great job in studying public administration. I wish him good health and scientific creativity in his life," Doctor of Law, Professor Musabek Alimbekov said.
Representative of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Parliament Meirambai Kemalov, Director of the Institute of Legal Studies of Europe Hans Schulte-Nölke, Professor of Jagiellonian University (Poland) Fryderyk Zoll and others also shared their opinions.
