On April 17, 2024 for young scientists of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering held a seminar on "New technologies to improve the concrete composition"
A.A. Nurzhakupov, an engineer of "Modex" LLP, was the guest of SMU.
Purpose of the research. Development of new technologies aimed at increasing the strength characteristics of concrete using the equipment of "Modex" LLP.
Objectives of the research.
- Study of modern methods of mixing materials in order to determine the most effective and promising approaches.
- Development of conceptual and technical solutions for new mixing devices, taking into account the requirements of concrete quality and economic efficiency.
-Testing and analyzing the results of prototype mixing apparatuses to evaluate their performance, mixing quality and energy efficiency.
- Implementation of new mixing machines into the production lines of concrete plants to improve productivity and product quality.
Description of the main results of the research.
The research has developed new techniques and approaches to improve the strength characteristics of concrete using Modex LLP equipment. These techniques may include new concrete mix compositions, optimized mixing processes and improved quality control methods.
The results of the study showed significant improvements in the strength characteristics of concrete produced using the new technologies. This can include increased compressive, flexural and tensile strengths, as well as improved resistance to aggressive influences.
The study also allowed for the optimization of production processes using Modex LLP equipment. This may include reducing production time, reducing energy and raw material costs, and improving the quality of the final product.
Conclusions
The new mixing machines will produce more homogeneous and higher quality concrete mixes with fewer defects.
Due to the increased productivity and automation of the mixing process, the new machines will be able to reduce concrete production time.
Energy-efficient mixing machines will help reduce energy consumption, resulting in lower concrete production costs.
The introduction of advanced safety systems in the new mixing machines will make the production process safer for operators and others.
