How to deal with stress at work
The head of the Psychological Support Service of the University - Nazerke Beisenova and the chief specialist - psychologist Zhasulan Moldakhmetov, conducted a training on "Emotional state and stress prevention" for employees of the "Department of Digital Development and Distance Learning", "Department of Development and Innovation" and "Department of Strategic Development".
During the training, the participants assessed their emotional state and got acquainted with the methods of preventing stress leading to professional burnout syndrome.
During the training, exercises such as "Acquaintance", "Associations", "Common features and peculiarities" were used. The participants shared their experiences and shared their stories about how they cope with everyday challenges and stress at work.
In addition, exercises were conducted on the path of stress prevention and prevention of burnout syndrome. During the training, the participants behaved freely and established a team spirit.
