The Department of Tourism of ENU plans to cooperate with the Turkish TV and radio company

The office of the TV channel TRT there was a discussion on the preparation for the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation of the Department of "Tourism" of ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov with the Representative Office of TRT (Turkish TV and Radio Company) in Kazakhstan, the Eurasian Academy of Arts and the organisation TIKA Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to establish partnerships between organisations in the spheres of research and educational activities, in order to cooperate in the field of culture, archaeology, art, promotion of Turkic history and culture.

The discussion was attended by representatives of the scientific and business communities of Turkey and Kazakhstan, namely:

- Mr Mehmet Zahid Çalyshkan (Head of TRT (Turkish Television and Radio Company) Representative Office in Kazakhstan),

- Professor Dr Tansel Terjan (General Director of Rixos President Astana Hotel, member of the Board of Directors of L.N. Gumilyov ENU),

- Professor Dr Nurfer Terjan (department of Sociology of L.N. Gumilyov ENU),

- Professor, Dr Leyla Makhat (President of the Eurasian Academy of Arts),

- Professor Lyailya Mutaliyeva (Head of the Department of Tourism, L.N. Gumilyov ENU),

- Associate Professor (Acting Associate Professor) Aruana Akisheva (department of "Tourism", ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov).

As a result of the meeting the dates and conditions for signing the Memorandum of Co-operation were determined.
