Practical work with the owners of the Company's risks

As part of the development of the Company's risk culture, from April 16 to May 15, 2024, the Institute of Continuing Education, together with the Risk Management Service, held 6 seminars on "Methods and approaches for identification, assessment and risk management" for key employees of structural divisions - owners of the Company's risks.

"This course allowed us to look at some processes from a different angle, to understand the organization of risk management at the University. The course allowed you to shift the perspective of your work, share your opinion with colleagues and listen to another point of view, learn new and interesting information. I would like to express my gratitude for the organized course and recommend this course to improve work efficiency," listener Anargul Uakhitzhanova shared her impressions.

"During the training, lecturers Marzhan Yemberdinova, Torgyn Nurseit, Zhanar Smagulova familiarized the audience with existing methods of determining risks, types, levels of risks. The lectures were accompanied by practical work. We have gained the skills to use the learned methodological techniques in our current work," Dinara Kabdylova, a  listener, shared her feedback.

The advanced training course will contribute to the development of the risk culture of the Company's employees/University.
