
Primary education in Singapore

A scientific trip was held to study the experience of training primary education specialists at universities in Singapore.
The scientific trip was implemented within the framework of the grant financing project AP14869151 "Monitoring of educational achievements of students in primary school: foreign experience in the Kazakh context (Finland, Singapore, Estonia)".
Members of the research group Salieva A.Zh., Tokatlygil Y.S., Karmelyuk A.V., Salieva K.A. visited Nanyang Technological University - NTU Singapore, National Institute of Education, met with Professor, Director of the Department Pauline Ho, Assistant Director of the Department of International and School Partnership Sitoe Choon Yip Sunny. We got acquainted with the infrastructure of the university, also discussed the prospects for training primary education specialists, evaluating the educational achievements of primary school students.
