Scientific seminar at the department of "Thermal Power Engineering". Invited professor Kibarin A.A.

On September 4, 2024, a scientific seminar was held at the Department of Thermal Power Engineering of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The invited scientist, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Thermal Power Plants of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Communications named after Gumarbek Daukeev (Almaty) Andrey Anatolyevich Kibarin made a presentation.

The topic of his presentation was "Low-Emission Fuel Combustion Technologies". During the presentation, A.A. Kibarin presented the results of studies of low-emission burner devices used in combustion chambers of gas turbine units (GTU) and gas turbine engines (GTE). These studies are being conducted within the framework of a grant from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The seminar sparked a lively discussion among the participants and facilitated the exchange of experience and knowledge in the field of developing environmentally friendly technologies for the energy industry.

The audience included teachers, students, master's and doctoral students from the Department of Thermal Power Engineering of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
