
The scientific library of the ENU hosted a literary evening , dedicated to the work of Raushan Burkitbaeva-Nukenova

On September 20, the scientific library of the Eurasian National University hosted a literary evening “The diversity of impressions of being and everyday life”, dedicated to the poetic work of Raushan Assanovna Burkitbaeva-Nukenova.
The event was organized by the Department of Russian Philology of ENU named L.N.Gumilev together with the staff of the scientific library.
“I am a poet and understand how important poetry plays in our lives, and how important it is for our students to meet with our domestic writers”, said Dean of the Faculty of Philology Serikzat Duisengazy.
Kadisha Nurgali, Head of the Department of Russian Philology, highlighted that teachers and students of the Faculty of Philology are well acquainted with Raushan Assanovna's poetry. “The name of Raushan Burkitbaeva-Nukenova has become synonymous with deep and sincere poetic creativity. She is the author of more than 30 books published in Kazakhstan, Russia, France, and England”, Kadisha Rustembekovna noted.
The 4th year students of the specialty "Russian language and Literature" Yerbolat Dana and Turabekova Indira told in detail about the work of the poetess. Creative video content for the evening was prepared by student Zharlykasym Zhansaya.
The central place at the literary evening was devoted to two main themes – the theme of art and the theme of childhood in the works of Raushan Burkitbaeva-Nukenova.
Russian Russian poet's poems - “The Riddle of Gioconda”, “Impressionism – Claude Monet”, “Marlene Dietrich”, “Sherbursky umbrellas”, “Beethoven”, “Dos Mukasan”, “With God” were performed by 4th year students of the specialty “Russian language and Literature” and “Russian Philology” - Mukhamadieva Kamila, Yessenbek Karlygash, Adamovich Julia, Amirgalieva Dianelia, Begenova Arailym, Munbekova Muzarta. Sarsenbai Meruert, a student, gave a touching monologue based on the story “The Station of my Childhood”.
The culmination of the evening was the performance of the poetess herself. Raushan Assanovna read her poetry with inspiration. The poem dedicated to Aliya Moldagulova made a special impression on teachers and students.
The evening ended with the song “Robert Burns” (Indira Turabekova, RYAL-42) and an autograph session by R. Burkitbaeva-Nukenova.
