ENU now has an Upgrade sector

The L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University has started an Upgrade sector. This is a modern platform created for the development of professional skills, professional development and support of graduates in their career and personal growth.

The Upgrade sector, together with the Institute of Continuing Education, is organizing advanced training courses, which, being the main form of additional professional education, update and deepen professional knowledge and skills, improve practical skills and abilities of a specialist in connection with the constantly increasing requirements for their qualifications. The list of advanced training courses in the following areas is available on the website of the Institute of Continuing Education https://ino.enu.kz.

We offer the following courses:

1. Pedagogical retraining of persons with professional education, but without pedagogical education, is carried out according for study programs “Kazakh Language and Literature”, “Russian Language and Literature”, “Foreign Language”, “History”, “Mathematics”, “Physics”, “Computer Science”, “Chemistry”, “Biology”, “Geography”, “Pedagogy and Psychology” and “Artist Activities”. The courses are open to anyone who is starting to work as a teacher for the first time in the appropriate profile. The retraining program is implemented in accordance with the Rules of pedagogical retraining (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 110 of March 17, 2020). Professional retraining courses provide an opportunity to acquire additional professional knowledge on the basis of higher education (additional professional education programs “Teacher-Assistant of Secondary Education Organization”, “Special Education Teacher (speech therapist)”, “Guide”, etc. Upon completion of the course, the student receives a certificate.
2. Testing to determine the level of English language confirms the level of English proficiency in order to obtain a certificate within the framework of the academic mobility program with independent financing, training under grant programs of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, partial financing programs “ENU Students Ambassador”, as well as other international programs (programs will be implemented when students are sent abroad offline).
3. The international certified course “HCIA Datacom” belongs to the category of ICT infrastructure certification, it is an updated version of the Routing and Switching certification. After successfully completing the Huawei training course, learners of the course can take an exam for obtaining an international certificate, which will give young professionals opportunities and advantages in finding employment in both Kazakhstani and foreign companies.
4. ACCA exams (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants);

F1 – Accountant in Business;

F2 – Management Accounting;

F3 – Financial Accounting;

F4 – Corporate and Business Law, Introduction to Finance and Business (Rus). 

The F1-F4 Applied Knowledge Exams are an exceptional introduction to the world of finance and accounting, providing a broad understanding of basic accounting techniques.

– Diploma in Finance and Business Management – 1 exam (Introduction to Finance and Business Management – IFB)

The exam (Introduction to Finance and Business Management – IFB) is the next step towards the ACCA qualification. It allows gaining the most important knowledge and skills for further professional growth and at the same time is one of the steps to obtaining a full international ACCA qualification.

Registration procedure for the courses:

1) a graduate who wants to study the course makes an application in the Career and Business Partnership Office following the link https://forms.office.com/r/Stv2r5wCVz;

2) The Career and Business Partnership Office forms a group of students to study at the courses;

3) The Institute of Continuing Education organizes courses and upon completion of training and issues for the graduate a certificate of the established sample.
