An Educational Lesson "My Native Language - My Pride" was held at the Faculty of International Relations

On Oct. 22, 2024, under the organization of A. Kadyskyzy, the senior lecturer of Foreign Languages Department, Faculty of International Relations of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, the educational lesson called "My native language – my pride" was held among the 1^st year students from groups Sociology-13 and Oriental studies-11.

Purpose: Educating students to respect their mother tongue, to contribute to the development and revival of the state language, to love our state language, to raise its status.

There was a discussion among students about language: language is the priceless spiritual treasure of any nation and people. It is the priceless legacy passed down from the elders to the next generation. Our mother tongue is our greatest asset. Mother tongue is the main wealth of every nation. Kazakh language is the state language of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Language is the soul of a nation. And the future of the nation is its mother tongue. It is in our hands to glorify the language of our country and raise its status.
