L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, together with the National Academy of Corporate Governance (NACG), launched a unique Executive MBA (EMBA) program on the topic "Corporate Governance".

The EMBA program integrates the best global corporate governance practices, taking into account the peculiarities of the Kazakh business environment. This approach makes it exclusive in the educational market. Students gain access to unique knowledge and practical tools that can be immediately applied in their professional activities.
The EMBA curriculum covers key topics relevant to global challenges and trends: introduction to corporate governance, strategic management, operations, sustainable development and ESG principles, management leadership, financial management and reporting, risk management and compliance, human capital management, ombudsman and conflict resolution, as well as international legal standards. Each module of the program is designed taking into account the actual needs of the business, combining theoretical knowledge and practical tasks to solve real problems.
A special feature of the program are lectures and master classes from leading experts and invited foreign practitioners working in major international corporations. Participants of the program will be able to adopt advanced techniques and approaches that meet international standards and are successfully applied in various economies.
After completing their studies and obtaining a diploma from L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, graduates of the program will be able to specialize in popular areas such as an independent director, ombudsman or corporate secretary. These competencies will open up broad career prospects for them, including participation in boards of directors, the introduction of advanced corporate governance standards and the development of their own management strategies.
The launch of the EMBA Corporate Governance program is just the beginning. L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and the National Academy of Corporate Governance plan to expand the training modules and develop the program to meet the current challenges of business and management.
