"I cannot say that young people today fully and perfectly know their rights. Lately, we've noticed that she can't even use them. In the course of explaining their rights to some young people, they are surprised. We are often asked for help because they cannot use the law as their main tool. We must especially protect young people from violations of their rights and freedoms. Because young people imitate, they are easily deceived. For this reason, their rights are sometimes unknowingly violated, their privacy is restricted, and their freedom is deprived. If you notice any violations, drug distribution, or cases of fraud, please inform us, the law enforcement agencies," Dias Torekulov, a district police inspector for Almaty district said.
