XII International Scientific Student Conference "The Russian Language in the 21st Century: research by young people"

the I. Kant Baltic Federal University (Russia), the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics of the F.M. Dostoevsky Omsk State University (Russia) invite you to participate in the XII International Scientific Student Conference "The Russian language in the 21st century: studies of the young".

The conference will be held on February 13-14, 2025
(11 Kazhymukan str., Educational Laboratory building 5, Astana, 010008, Kazakhstan).

The purpose of the conference is to activate the cognitive interest of students and schoolchildren, involve students in research activities and form a research culture, and test the results of scientific work.

Conference participants: university and college students, 11th grade students of secondary schools, gymnasiums, lyceums.

The main directions of the conference:
1. Modern Russian language: the state and trends of its development.
2. Intercultural communication, dialogue of cultures.
3. The linguistic and cultural space of the region.
4. Linguistic personality and communication culture in the professional sphere.
5. The language of mass media.
6. The peculiarities of studying the linguistic originality of works of art.
7. Applied aspects of language education in a multilingual environment

The form of participation in the conference: face-to-face and remote (online).
The working language of the conference is Russian.
A collection of articles based on the conference materials will be published based on the results of the conference and posted in the scientific electronic library (www.eLibrary.ru ) and is included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RISC).
