On January 11, 2025, the regional subject Olympiad among graduating classes of Astana schools was held at the Chemistry Department of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The purpose of holding the regional Chemistry Olympiad for 11th grade graduates:сreating conditions for identifying, supporting and developing talented students who demonstrate high knowledge and skills in the field of chemistry, as well as stimulating their interest in in-depth study of the subject, developing scientific thinking and preparing for professional activities in chemical and related fields. The total number of students who applied for the chemistry subject was 91, 73 participated. All participants were from the capital. The Olympiad began at 11:00 and was held at the Chemistry Department in auditoriums 123, 139 of building No. 3 until 13:00. All works were reviewed by members of the subject commission. According to the decision of the commission members, the prize places were taken by:
