
Open Day: future ENU applicants were introduced to educational programs

























On March 1, 2025, an Open Day was held at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, which attracted more than 300 schoolchildren and their parents. The event provided a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the educational programs, scientific research and campus life of the university.
During the event, the guests learned about admission rules, faculties, as well as opportunities for international education and academic mobility. The university staff conducted a series of informative lectures, where they spoke in detail about admission, the educational process, as well as current trends in the educational and scientific fields.
At the same time, a demonstration of artificial intelligence capabilities and master classes on IT technologies from the Faculty of Information Technology were organized for the participants of the Open Day. At the exhibition of students' design works in the group of educational programs "Fashion, Design" and "Architecture", the guests got acquainted with the best notable projects.
"The Open House Day is an opportunity not only to learn about our university, but also to feel the atmosphere that prevails here. We strive to create a space for future students where they can develop, exchange ideas and prepare for a successful career," said Ardak Beisenbai, Member of the Board and Vice—Rector for Academic Affairs.
The educational programs of their faculties were also presented by the deans of the Transport and Energy Faculty, Umirzhan Kokayev, the Faculty of Philology, Duisengazy Serikzat, and the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, Daniyar Kozybayev.
Further, Lazzat Egeubayeva, Head of the Career Guidance Department and Executive Secretary of the admissions committee, told applicants about the admission rules, the advantages of the university and student life.
Future applicants took an active part in the blitz quiz, which touched upon the issues of unified national testing and the history of ENU, for which they were awarded with the university's image products.
In addition, the participants of the event had the opportunity to take guided tours of the campus, meet teachers and students, as well as learn about modern laboratories and cultural programs offered by the university.
The event received positive feedback from both applicants and parents, who noted the high level of organization and professionalism of the university staff.
