
"Law and Order": Astana Anti-Corruption Service held a meeting with ENU teachers and students












In order to strengthen the "Law and Order" narrative in society, at the initiative of the ENU Anti-Corruption Compliance Service, the Metropolitan Anti-Corruption Service, with the participation of Zhiger Baydildin, Deputy Prevention Service of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Yerlan Sydykov, Rector of The L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, held a meeting with the university students and faculty.
In his speech, Zhiger Baydildin stressed the importance of preventing corruption and introducing anti-corruption values among both government agencies and young people. He emphasized the need to form a legal awareness in the educational process and called on teachers and students to actively participate in the implementation of anti-corruption policy.
At the meeting, Alibek Moldaniyazov, an anti-corruption volunteer, shared his experience in spreading knowledge about corruption and ways to prevent it, drawing on foreign experience. The volunteer also stressed the importance of active participation of young people in public initiatives aimed at increasing transparency and honesty in various spheres of life.
An activist of the university’s anti-corruption club "Adilet" presented the current activities of the organization within the walls of the educational institution and expressed his willingness to continue working in this direction.
During the meeting, issues related to the implementation of anti-corruption policy in Kazakhstan were discussed, as well as ideas for improving anti-corruption legislation were proposed. All proposals have been taken into account and noted by the Anti-Corruption Service.
Concluding the meeting, the participants expressed their readiness for further cooperation in the field of anti-corruption awareness and legal awareness in educational institutions, which will be an important step in effectively combating corruption in the country.
