National Cybersecurity Olympiad "Cyber Defenders – 2025"

The Faculty of Information Technologies of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, in cooperation with the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "State Technical Service", the Center for Analysis and Investigation of Cyber Attacks (CARCA), and the Kazakh Academy of Infocommunications, is organizing the National Cybersecurity Olympiad "Cyber Defenders – 2025".
Dates: April 3–11, 2025
Goal of the Olympiad — to support and develop talented students interested in the field of cybersecurity.
Olympiad Format:
* Round 1 (online testing): conducted remotely. Based on the results, the top 30 participants with the highest scores will advance to the second round.
* Round 2: individual tasks. Based on the results, 15 finalists will be selected.
* Round 3: final round in the CTF (Capture The Flag) competition format.
Winners will receive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree diplomas, as well as a unique opportunity to participate starting from Round 2 in the "STS Cyber Challenge" Olympiad, organized by JSC "State Technical Service".
