XX International Scientific Conference of Students and young researchers "ǴYLYM JÁNE BІLІM - 2025"

On April 11, 2025, the XX International Scientific Conference of Students and young researchers "ǴYLYM JÁNE BІLІM - 2025" was held in both online and offline formats at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Students and master's degree students from higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan participated in the conference. The Department of Chinese Philology organized Section No. 6.7 titled “Chinese Philology and Lexicology: New Directions and Methodologies.” Students and graduate students from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages took part in this section. Participants presented fresh research in the fields of Chinese language teaching methodology, translation studies, literary studies, and linguoculturology. The section chair and committee members evaluated the article topics, relevance of the research, theoretical and methodological approach, novelty, and the validity of the conclusions.

As a result, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University 2nd-year master's student Kalekenova Zh.K. was awarded a First Degree Diploma; 2nd-year master’s students Maibass A.T. and Abdullina A.R. received Second Degree Diplomas; 4th-year student Mamedova R.V., 1st-year master's student Namazova Zh.T. and 2nd-year master’s student Nurlan E. received Third Degree Diplomas; 4th-year student Kabysheva A.D. and 1st-year master’s student Askar N. were awarded certificates of appreciation. Additionally, a student from Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages, Abdurazakova M.D., also received a certificate of appreciation.
