
Representatives of Turkic-speaking countries discussed issues of training Turkology specialists at ENU















An expanded meeting of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council of the Educational and Methodological Association in the field of personnel training "Turkology" was held at The L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University on the topic "Topical Issues of Training Specialists in the Field of Turkology in the Framework of Increasing the Integration of the Turkic World."
Professor Myrzatai Zholdasbekov, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Saurykov, Education Adviser to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to Kazakhstan Omer Inan, Adviser to the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Kazakhstan Rovshan Kazimov, First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkmenistan in Kazakhstan Shaberdy Batyrov, Deputy Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Kazakhstan Ferenc Tsombos.
Representatives of the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Institute of State History, the National Academic Library of RK, the National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books, the international organization "Turkic Academy", state universities of Uzbekistan, as well as members of the project management group for training "Turkology" discussed issues of modernization of education programs in the field of Turkology, improving the quality of personnel training, strengthening cooperation between scientists and students from Turkic-speaking countries and developing joint research projects.
The main purpose of the event was to strengthen academic integration between the Turkic-speaking states and train qualified specialists in the field of Turkology, identify effective educational paths in the context of digital transformation. In addition, a number of proposals and general decisions were adopted during the meeting, and the directions of future events were clarified.
