#ENUscience: 60 projects of ENU scientists have won grants from the Science Committee

According to the results of the competition of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for grant financing of scientific research for the years 2023-2025, 60 projects of scientists of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University received grants. Of these – for 18 applied and 42 for fundamental research.

The largest number of grants were received by projects in the field of social sciences and humanities – 16 projects, then projects in the field of education and science – 10, scientific research in the field of natural sciences – 9, in the direction of “Information, Communication and Space Technologies” – 7 projects, “Geology, Mining and Processing of Mineral and Hydrocarbon Raw Materials, New Materials, Technologies, Safe Products and Structures” – 6, in the field of “Energy and Mechanical Engineering” – 4 projects and the same number of grants for the field of “Life and Health Science”, 3 projects – for “Rational Use of Water Resources, Flora and Fauna, Ecology” and 1 project for “National Security and Defense”.

Most of the works of ENU scientists who have received state support are priority areas.
