"Scientific research in this area has been conducted for many years. One of the main achievements was the collection of unique materials about Alikhan Bukeikhan and the publication of a monograph.
The scientific work contains valuable materials about Alikhan Bukeikhan, which had never been published before. In addition, the Japanese archive has found the answer to an important question - why the government of the Alash Republic was called "Alash Horde".
Next year, by the 160th anniversary of Alikhan Bukeikhan's birth, it is planned to publish 28 volumes of his works," Sultan Khan Akkuly said.
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said at the 10th anniversary summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Astana: "Studying the common historical heritage and bringing the truth to future generations is our sacred duty. We suggest that our competent authorities jointly investigate unknown documents," thereby entrusting a new field of humanitarian science.
The historical documents discovered in the archives of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan in 2022-2025 have become an important scientific discovery and a great find for modern historical science and researchers of the history of the Alash movement.
The publication of these unique materials in a separate book has great scientific, educational, ideological significance and plays an important role in conveying historical truth to future generations.
The monograph, based on reliable facts and evidence, tells about the struggle of Alikhan Bukeikhan for the return of lands inherited from the Jochi Ulus and the Kazakh Khanate, before the creation of the state of Alash Horde as their legal successor, as well as the creation of the national liberation movement "Alash" and the party of the same name.
The book is intended for a wide readership - scientists, professors, teachers, students, undergraduates, doctoral students and anyone interested in the history of the Kazakh people.
