Chemistry Department Graduates of ENU Received Diplomas at Ceremonial Event

On June 21, 2025, a solemn diploma award ceremony for graduates of the Faculty of Natural Sciences was held at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The celebration of young specialists from the Chemistry Department took a special place in the event program.

Honor Students Received Well-Deserved Recognition

8 graduates from the department who demonstrated high academic results received diplomas with honors:

Under the "Inorganic Chemistry" educational program:

Representatives of Chemical Industry Supported Young Specialists

Diplomas to honor students were presented by Bibasov Manat Muratovich, Executive Director of the Association of Legal Entities "Petrochemical Association", which emphasizes the university's close ties with the real sector of the economy.

The Chemistry Department graduated 129 bachelors across three educational programs:

• 30 specialists in inorganic chemistry
• 41 specialists in organic chemistry
• 58 specialists in applied chemistry

as well as 40 masters of chemistry.

The Head of Department, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Professor Kopishev Eldar Yertayevich personally participated in the diploma presentation ceremony for graduates of the "Inorganic Chemistry" program.

Special Achievements

Two graduates of the "Applied Chemistry" program received letters of gratitude from the university rector for outstanding achievements in studies and scientific activities:

• Orynbek Azira Zhumankyzy
• Otebai Merey Tursyealikyzy

The active public engagement of several graduates was also noted, including Amanzhol Aliya Nartaikyzy, whose parents received a letter of gratitude from the rector.

The young chemists are ready to apply their acquired knowledge in various industries and continue the development of chemical science in Kazakhstan.
