
The Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials strengthens its position in Scopus

One of the three journals included in Scopus is rapidly strengthening its position. So, at the end of 2023, the scientific journal "Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials" showed a high citation rating from 20 to 30, and at the end of 2024 it showed a high citation rating from 32 to, first of all, nuclear physics and high energy physics, first of all, the journal ranks 62nd among 91 journals of the Kazakhstan region.
On April 01, 2024, for the first time in Kazakhstan, Central Asia and abroad, the scientific journal "Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials" began to be published on the ELSEVIER platform.
The publication "Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials" offers new research for the development of not only the journal, but also the entire scientific community of Kazakhstan. This is a recognition of the international level of quality of scientific research conducted at ENU and in Kazakhstan as a whole.
At the moment, the journal is in the process of being considered for entry into the international web science database of the main collection, which was made possible thanks to the high-quality work of the journal's team led by Kairat Kuterbekov, Editor-in-chief, Director of the Eurasian Institute of Physics and Energy Research and High-Tech Technologies.

The scientific journal "Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials" is an international peer-reviewed (double-blind) open access journal founded in 2017 as a result of cooperation between the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, the Republican Public Association "Physico-Technical Society" (Astana, Kazakhstan) and the International Intergovernmental Organization "Joint Institute for Nuclear research" (Dubna, Russian Federation).
In 2018, the journal joined Scopus. Constantly adapting to the changing needs and challenges of the scientific community, the journal remains committed to maintaining a high standard of quality and innovation in scientific publications. Its scope includes nuclear physics, alternative energy (including nuclear and hydrogen, photovoltaics, new energy sources, energy efficiency and conservation, and the environmental impact of the energy sector), as well as functional materials and related high technology issues.
The journal is indexed in Scopus, Copernicus International Ltd Poland, Google Scholar, Scientific Library Index (Meadow Springs, Mandurah, Australia), Scilit (Basel, Switzerland), ResearchBib (World), Ulrichsweb, CiteFactor, DOAJ, RISC (e-Library), EBSCO.
