
First- to third-year undergraduate students of the Faculty of International Relations completed their academic and industrial internships as part of the following educational programs

From May 19 to June 7, 2025, and from May 19 to June 21, 2025, first- to third-year undergraduate students of the Faculty of International Relations completed their academic and industrial internships as part of the following educational programs: International Relations, Regional Studies, Oriental Studies, Political Science, Turkology, and Foreign Philology: Turkish Language.
The list of internship bases included: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Apparatus of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstan Association "Damu", the Kazakhstan Institute of Public Development (KIPD), the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Astana Diplomatic Club, the Kyrgyz Ethnocultural Association, the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Research, the National Museum, the "Mega Global" translation agency, tourist agencies "Arman Travel" and "Selfie Travel", as well as other institutions relevant to the students’ fields of study.
Upon completion of the academic and industrial internships, report defense sessions were held at the departments in both online and offline formats. During the defense, students presented detailed reports and presentations on their internship experience in various organizations, highlighted the skills and competencies they acquired, and discussed their prospects for future professional development.
The evaluation committee noted the substantiveness of the submitted materials and the active involvement of students in the work of the host organizations. It was also emphasized that internship placements are an integral part of the educational process, serving as a bridge between theoretical knowledge and practical application in professional training.
