ENU Ranked Among the World’s Top 100 Universities by Employer Reputation

L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU) continues to confidently strengthen its international reputation. According to the results of the global QS World University Rankings 2025, ENU was ranked 317th in the world, demonstrating steady growth and dynamic development in the international academic environment.
A particular source of pride is ENU’s entry into the Top 100 universities worldwide by the "Employer Reputation" indicator. This is a record achievement in the university's history of participation in the prestigious ranking and a clear confirmation that the training of specialists at ENU meets the highest labor market demands.
The Secret to Success: From Practice to Career Peaks
ENU’s high position was made possible thanks to a systematic approach to preparing competitive professionals and close cooperation with employers. The Department of Career and Business Partnerships plays a key role by organizing professional internships, supporting student and graduate employment, and fostering collaboration with leading companies and government agencies.
The university consistently builds its strategy of engagement with businesses and external stakeholders: partnership agreements are signed, joint educational and research projects are implemented, internships and practical training are organized. Employers are actively involved in the development of academic programs, competency building, and thesis reviews.
To date, over 1,300 agreements have been signed for organizing professional internships, many of which include provisions for subsequent employment. The graduate employment rate has remained consistently high: 89% in both 2022 and 2023, and 81% in 2024.
Graduates — The Pride of ENU
Since 1996, Eurasian National University has trained more than 94,300 specialists, who have gone on to build successful careers both in Kazakhstan and abroad. Among them are ministers, statesmen, CEOs of major companies, globally recognized scientists, cultural figures, and entrepreneurs. Their professional accomplishments are a clear testament to the effectiveness of education at ENU.
The "Tulek" Alumni Association actively fosters a strong alumni community. On the university’s 20th anniversary, a special publication featuring 100 outstanding graduates was released.
A new edition of the magazine is currently being prepared for ENU’s 30th anniversary, along with a large-scale study titled "From Classroom to Leadership: ENU Graduates and Their Contribution to National Development (1996–2025)".

These ambassadors not only actively support their alma mater but also participate in the university’s strategic initiatives by serving on the Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, and various working groups, shaping the future of the institution.
