
GUEST LECTURE BY BUSINESS TRAINER А.RAKISHEVA



On September 11, 2025, a guest practice-oriented lecture was held for 4th-year students of the educational program 6B04105 - Economics of Entrepreneurship and Business. The lecture within the framework of the discipline "Entrepreneurial Risks" was organized by professor, PhD in Economics Zh.B. Rakhmetulina.
The invited lecturer was Aigul Rakisheva, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Humanitarian and Technical Academy, an expert in the field of research and business consulting.
During the class, students analyzed real Kazakhstani cases, classified internal and external risks, developed a risk matrix model and threat response strategies. Particular attention was paid to reputational risks, technological shocks and demographic changes, and examples of risk management in international and Kazakhstani companies were given, which helped to see the practical application of theory in real business.
In conclusion, the students jointly created the "Code of the Anti-Crisis Entrepreneur" with practical recommendations on risk management and strategic planning. The training showed that interactive learning helps develop critical thinking, decision-making and teamwork - key skills for future entrepreneurs and managers.
