ENU Opens Applications for the Academic Mobility Program

Traditionally, at the beginning of each semester, the Department of International Cooperation at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University launches the application process for academic mobility programs. In this context, a series of events is held to promote these opportunities. One such event, the Information and Consultation Day, took place on September 19, 2025.
During the event, specialists from the Department of International Cooperation presented students with a wide array of opportunities for studying abroad, including the ENU Students Ambassador program, Erasmus+, Orhun, Abai-Verne, academic exchanges under bilateral agreements, and various government initiatives. Students received detailed explanations regarding the application procedure, the list of required documents, and the selection deadlines. Particular attention was given to practical recommendations - from selecting a suitable program to preparing for the competitive stages of the process. Participants also received answers to pressing questions concerning the program’s eligibility requirements and selection criteria.
Today, ENU actively develops international cooperation and annually sends more than 400 students to study at leading universities in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The geography of academic mobility spans over 30 countries, with partner universities located in Germany, France, Turkey, South Korea, China, and other nations.
This year, thanks to intensive collaboration with partner institutions, several new universities have joined the program. Among them are the University of Sorbonne Paris North in France, Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium, Leipzig University of Applied Sciences and Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany, Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Greece, Musashino University in Japan, the University of Huelva in Spain, Harbin Engineering University, the Macau University of Science and Technology, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in China, as well as many other universities from CIS countries.
Applications for academic mobility programs will be accepted until September 29 (inclusive) for universities in Southeast Asia, and until October 13 (inclusive) for all other universities.
