
Meeting with Students on the Topic “Law and Order”

On September 24, 2025, an educational meeting on the topic “Law and Order” was organized for the students of the Higher School of Education. The event was attended by representatives of law enforcement agencies and the anti-corruption service, as well as university staff responsible for educational work.
Honored guests of the meeting:

Operative officer of the Police Department of the Almaty District of Astana, Police Captain Bakdaulet Mukhtaruly;

Ansagan Ergalievna, Senior Officer of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service;

Deputy Director of the Department of Social and Civic Development, Head of the “Adep” Project Office, Candidate of Legal Sciences E. Nugumanov.
During the meeting, students were informed about the importance of complying with the law, improving legal culture, preventing offenses, and combating corruption. The guests emphasized the significance of legal literacy among young people, noting that knowledge of the law and its application in everyday life is the foundation of stability and justice in society. In addition, ways of preventing corruption risks and the importance of instilling values of honesty among youth were discussed. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and share their opinions.
In our university, an anti-corruption compliance service operates. Its main purpose is to ensure compliance by the community and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption,” the implementation of national and international anti-corruption standards, as well as systematic work to prevent corruption risks.
In addition, the compliance service establishes open feedback with students and staff, providing the opportunity to report any violations and corruption risks. This contributes to the creation of a favorable atmosphere within the university community, based on fairness and trust.
In conclusion, it should be noted that the meeting on the topic “Law and Order” made a significant contribution to enhancing the legal culture of students, strengthening civic responsibility, as well as developing mutual understanding and cooperation between young people and law enforcement agencies.
