Over 100 ENU students will be able to participate in international educational programs based on the results of English language testing

Academic Mobility Program of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education provides grants for 1-2 semesters of study at leading universities in Europe, the USA and Southeast Asia at the bachelor's and master's degree levels. Every year, in order to participate in various international programs, including the ENU Students Ambassador program, the Institute of Continuing Education, together with the Department of International Cooperation, conducts testing to obtain an ENU certificate confirming the level of English proficiency.
This year, English language proficiency testing was conducted from September 23-26, 2025 for 266 students. The first day of testing included two stages – a lexico-grammatical test and listening, the purpose of which is to test the lexical and grammatical knowledge and skills, as well as the perception and understanding of speech by ear of listeners. 216 people who scored the required number of points at the end of the first and second stages were eligible to participate in the third stage. By the decision of the commission, based on the results of the third stage, 144 participants were identified who showed the best communication skills in English. Of these, 86 participants received B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level certificates, and 10 students were awarded C1 (Advanced) level certificates.
This certificate is valid for 2 years as part of the self-funded academic mobility program, for the partial funding program "ENU Students Ambassador", as well as for students of Master’s degree to complete scientific internships at foreign universities.
