ENU Professor Amantay Sharip awarded the Makhtumkuli Fragi Medal

Amantay Sharip, Professor of the Turkology Department, Faculty of International Relations of The L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, was awarded the Makhtumkuli Fragi Medal by decree of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. In addition, the professor was presented with a Letter of Thanks from the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This high award recognizes the significant contribution of the scientist to the study of the cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples and the strengthening of scientific and cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
