30 Grants from ENU Alumnus Yerzhan Tastambekov for the 30th Anniversary of ENU

On the eve of the 30th anniversary of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU), alumnus and founder of Zebra Coffee, Yerzhan Tastambekov, announced the establishment of 30 educational grants for students of his alma mater.
This is not his first contribution — for the past three years, Yerzhan has been supporting ENU students by creating opportunities for their learning and personal growth. The selection of grant recipients, as in previous years, is carried out by a special committee chaired by him. This year’s awardees represent various faculties — from humanities to technical fields — and include students from the 1st to 3rd years.
In recent years, cooperation with ENU alumni has significantly strengthened. In 2022, the ENU Endowment Fund was established on their initiative, through which more than 50 students have already received scholarships and grants.
Such initiatives illustrate how university graduates contribute to the development of future generations, supporting talented youth and fostering the spirit of continuity. The example of Yerzhan Tastambekov serves as an inspiring model for all alumni who wish to give back to their alma mater.
