
Professional development course for employees of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan





On October 7, 2025, as part of the program to enhance digital competencies of public servants, the Institute of Continuing Education, in cooperation with the Department of Online Learning, organized a professional development course for employees of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan titled “Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration.”
The training was conducted by Bibigul Shamshanovna Razakhova, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Technologies at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
The eight-hour intensive course focused on developing practical knowledge in the use of artificial intelligence technologies within public administration systems. Participants learned about key areas of AI implementation, examples of successful digital solutions, ethical aspects of technology use, and modern tools for data analytics and decision-making automation.
More than 50 employees of the Ministry of Education, representing various structural divisions, took part in the training. The participants emphasized the high relevance of the course, its practical orientation, and the applicability of the acquired knowledge in their professional activities.
Such courses contribute to the formation of digital culture and the development of competencies necessary to implement strategic objectives for the digitalization of the public sector and to improve management efficiency in the field of education.
