
Participation in the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching Programme Alexandru Ioan Cuza University (Iași, Romania)







From 1 to 9 November 2025, Dinara Saliyeva, lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages and Coordinator for International Cooperation at the Faculty of International Relations, completed a teaching mobility within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching programme at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași, Romania.
The purpose of the visit was to exchange teaching experience, enhance professional competencies, master modern teaching methods and technologies, and strengthen academic cooperation between the partner universities.
During the academic mobility, Dinara Saliyeva taught classes for undergraduate students and participated in lectures and seminars organized by the host institution. This experience provided an opportunity to become acquainted with the methodological approaches applied at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University and to integrate best practices into her own teaching activities.
Particular attention during the mobility was devoted to the use of artificial intelligence in foreign language teaching and to the application of innovative educational technologies, increasing interactivity in the learning process, and developing students’ critical thinking skills. Joint discussions of the teaching outcomes with the professors of the host faculty contributed to identifying similarities and differences in pedagogical approaches and exchanging advanced practices and valuable ideas.
Upon completion of the programme, Dinara Saliyeva was awarded an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching Certificate, confirming the successful completion of the mobility.
This academic mobility contributed to strengthening institutional cooperation, expanding professional contacts, and creating a foundation for further collaboration in education and research between the partner universities.
