Sincere gratitude

During our participation in the 108-hour course “Professional Retraining of Preschool Organization Educators” at the Institute of Continuing Education of the Eurasian National University, we had the opportunity not only to expand valuable theoretical knowledge aimed at enhancing our professional competencies, but also to significantly develop our practical skills. The curriculum of the course was designed in accordance with modern requirements, reflecting current issues of the pedagogical process, as well as effective methods and techniques for applying contemporary changes in real practice. We were introduced to more than 40 types of innovative technologies and learned how to apply them for professional development.
The professional expertise of the instructor, who organized the educational process at a high level, conveyed information clearly, scientifically, and systematically, and provided individual support to each participant, had a significant impact on deepening our knowledge. Throughout the course, we engaged in review lectures, dialogue-lectures, seminars, multimedia presentations, video materials, discussions, visits to kindergartens to study the developmental environment and learning organization, experience-sharing activities, master classes, and independent work assignments.
The course included creative tasks, practical research, dissemination of best practices, development of methodological materials, as well as lessons on preparation for certification, which created wide opportunities for professional exchange. The experience of the “Qarlyǵash” and “Aqbota” kindergartens was presented through video recordings. The practical component held at Kindergarten No. 95 “Almaty” allowed us to observe the work of teachers in real settings, apply new methods, and broaden our professional perspective.
Every day, colleagues sincerely expressed their gratitude with warm words:
“Every lesson had a special place in my heart,”
“We are so happy to learn from a teacher like you!”
“You immediately captivated us with your knowledge, calmness, and kindness.”
Overall, for the educators who took part in the October retraining course, this learning period was very beneficial, meaningful, and productive. We are confident that the knowledge and experience gained will greatly assist us in our future professional activities. We express our sincere gratitude to Professor Fatima Niyazbekkyzy, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences at ENU, for her high-quality work and exceptional professionalism.
For the course participants, the program content was structured in line with modern requirements, expanded our knowledge, and enriched our practical experience. The high level of organization, professionalism, and dedication of the teaching staff left a strong impression on us. We express special appreciation for the conditions and support provided by the university. We wish you creative success, new achievements, and fruitful initiatives! May ENU continue to remain a leading center of science and education in our country!
On behalf of the participants of the October course, we express our heartfelt gratitude!
