"ENU WELCOME DAY 2025": a new addition to ENU team

The L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University hosted the annual "ENU WELCOME DAY", a traditional meeting for newly hired employees. This year, over 130 specialists joined the team: professors, candidates of sciences, PhDs, graduates of the world’s leading universities and fellows of the Bolashak program. Among them are graduates of ENU and well-known universities such as the Universities of Cambridge and Edinburgh (Great Britain), Boston University (USA), York University (Canada), Politecnico di Milano (Italy), etc.

In his welcoming speech, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Ardak Beisenbai noted that ENU remains not only the country’s leading educational center, but also a professional community open to new ideas and initiatives.:

"It is expected that the influx of highly qualified personnel will stimulate the growth of publication activity and the implementation of major research projects. It is important for us that each new employee successfully adapts to the team and is able to reach their full potential. After all, the university's development primarily depends on the enthusiasm and professionalism of those who work there," Vice-Rector emphasized.

During the meeting, the HR sector presented the university’s structure and key regulatory documents, including the corporate culture code and labor regulations. This helped the new staff to better understand the university's mission and their role in its implementation.

The informal part of the program was complemented by intellectual games and contests, creating an atmosphere of free communication and networking. At the end, the participants received a welcome box and were "initiated into Eurasianism", officially becoming part of #ENUTEAM.

The event is organized by the administrative department with the support of the primary trade union organization of ENU.
